The IST Flat Cutout Universal Snorkel Keeper, Silicone is used to attach your snorkel to your mask strap.

Slip one end over your mask strap, slide your snorkel into the other and slide the snorkel down to your preferred position. Helps stabilize the snorkel in position during use, and prevents snorkel loss when the user lets go of the snorkel mouthpiece.
